Maybe imagine a diagonal plank (body still limp/lying) with my head being the higher side. So the only metal/sturdy anchor point I can think of in my house is the horizontal metal bar right under the platform of my desk. Obviously that's low to the ground, even lower than a door knob.
Do any of you guys thing it could work out if I made the rope a little shorter and tighter, and basically lied down forward (again the 'diagonal plank', neck would still be lifted and hung). The main issue i could think of is my lower half maybe giving my body too much leverage, or easily causing slack if I tie it wrong? I'm unsure.
I've never tested it and I don't really know how I could without unintentionally killing myself.
