I am very sorry to hear about yr depression and fatigue. I don't live in Ireland so I can't help you with any building access. I will say if you decide to use a building or a bridge, just make sure they high enough. If you are jumping for a building to land/concrete, it's been said that 150 feet (46 meters) is the height that will have about 95 percent fatality rate. If you are jumping to water, you will want it to be at about 250 feet (76 meters) for the same rate. Not to say you can't CTB from less, but the lower you the higher the chance is you survive the jump but with very serious injuries.
Also, it's been said from people who have attempted to jump that SI really hits them heavily right before they are about to make the move. Now how everyone responds in that situation is different, obviously plenty of people have pulled off jumping but it is something you have take into considering when using this method (really any method but this one especially if you are doing it in a more public place).
Best of luck.
