Has anyone noticed that @SinisterKid put @Stan 's guide to SN in resources? It's a fitting and lovely tribute as he was very proud of this effort. He would be pleased.

It deserves to be in the resources. Stan cared very much for this forum, and everyone here. I miss him, and didn't know him as well as many others here. But, I find myself scanning the posts hoping to see his name, knowing I won't. And that makes me sad.

Thank you for that. I know what you mean looking for his name. I have been living on this post, and many hang out here regularly. I think for the same reason. To see his name. It comforting to know he is still here in some way.

Stan is the 4th person I've met here that's ctb, although 2 are unverified as to whether they carried through or not.

When Shawn Shatto was here, I didn't know about her until I seen the threads about her and the media.

I know one person is a definite, because I found her obituary online.

Stan I can say 99.9 percent it is definite. Only reason why I can't say 100 percent is because I haven't seen an obituary. However, knowing his circumstances, there may not be one.

We will keep his memory alive here and the newbies will learn who he was through his guide, so his legacy will live on.

I think that would be what he would have wanted. The people here were so very important to him.

Just found out that Stan has left us. My heart hurts! So sorry to have missed giving him a final message, but like others said, he now knows how we all feel about him. Enjoy your freedom, Stan, and thanks for everything! :heart:
He was here for only a little over 3 months, and yet he gave us so much!!

Wish i had been able to say goodbye . such a lovely person and will be missed by all . Sure he be watching over us though . :heart: RIP
