Buying Sodium Nitrite in the UK - advice, tips, suggestions needed

I placed an order from a UK based chemical supplier, although they asked for a professional usage document, so I had to cancel.

It's not illegal here, but it's really frustrating how they only sell to labs or businesses.

Anyone have a web store they can reccomend?

Yeah, I had exactly the same experience.

I actually have a legitimate document that lists me as a director of a company here in the UK - I'm thinking of just risking it and saying I'm opening up a small organic, homemade beef jerky online shop, and we'll be curing the meat at home.....lol, only issue is if they press me for any more proof after this I won't have any.

When I read about SN I was really happy as it sounded better than hanging myself, but now it's back to square 1. How annoying

That's exactly how I feel. Hanging isn't as easy as it sounds either.
You might put your business at risk for them to just say no, or send the police to your door.

I've seen a lot of people recommend sending it to a reshipping service in a place where it's legal and having that reshipping service send it to you. I don't know how well this works though because I live in the US.

It's harder to get in the UK since Brexit thanks to customs. In some Eastern Europe countries, anyone can legally buy it.

However, for the UK, I'm not sure if importing SN is actually legal, you should check the regulations first (no legit US company will ship it with a fake customs declaration).

Wow, am I really glad I don't live in the UK or what. I just wish we didn't have to resort to barbaric means, even drinking SN, it's barbaric compared to the peace we could get from better access to humane forms of euthanasia. I hate this world. Ready to go.
