Yeah I've had one like that too. When the bailiff kicked in the door to evict him, he was dangling from the ceiling. I've had several cases when the rent stopped coming in, but when I checked other debts I saw unpaid electricity and internet bills and such. That's a sign the tenant kicked the bucket in the apartment. I've considered sending out information letters to tenants in the vein of "if you're going to kill yourself in your apt, please put a rug down first, the floor damage from corpse juices is nasty"
