I've been having what seems to be a pattern of burnout.

Like every week, at the end of Thursday, my brain just crashes out completely.

When im working I usually feel great! But every Thursday night i just feel like garbage.

Zero confidence, zero hope. My brain just enters a state of pure doom.

Friday morning I feel like garbonzo, can hardly get out of bed.

At the beginning it was manageable. But recently it began becoming problematic.

Im very unproductive on Fridays, hardly get anything done.

And this weekend I couldn't even go out with friends.

I feel super guilty, but its been so exhausting as of late and I need some me time urgently.

Im afraid they'll think less of me tho. Or think im flaking on them or something.

My body seems to have been under duress as well, I have a fever and have been feeling weak.

I think I need some proper rest but it's hard. I don't really know how to rest if that even makes sense.

I burned out, and alot more on top of that. If you feel like you are burning out, find help as soon as you can, and take care of yourself as much as you can. Catch it now, when you fully burn out, it's a fuckin bitch.
