Charles Bukowski writes strongly, and profoundly.

Incidentally, his literary alter ego is Chinaski. Henry, or "Hank". Who'd have thought?

Wow! This is like all my thoughts poured out into such a powerful poem. Captures my bleak view of how everything is terminally absurd and is going to end in such atrocity. Made me feel less alone with my pessimism. Thanks so much for sharing this! It honestly gave me shivers. I will have to look more into this person.

Powerful stuff, I wish I'd known about Bukowski when I was younger. I only heard about him through the film adaptations of his work.

"Show me a man who lives alone and has a perpetually clean kitchen, and 8 times out of 9 I'll show you a man with detestable spiritual qualities" Bukowski.
