Personally, I'd rather get a neutral opinion. Sometimes, a SO will be a bit too biased in their diagnosis. That's why it's usually dangerous to self-diagnose.
Just say you don't accept her theoretical framework and according to yours the ghost of an evil ancestor cursed your soul and now you need a native American shaman to rescue it out of the netherworlds.
Or just recite that famous krishnamurti quote and suggest to her that she might get treatment herself in the near future.
As a therapist, your wife should know it is unethical to psychologically diagnose an individual one is involved with.
If you want a diagnosis, go to a neutral party.
And no. Having a neutral party diagnose me does not want to make me want to CTB. It helps me make an educated opinion about what I want to do with my future.
