Well that's tricky. As most reliable exchanges require ID's. You can try to annonimyze it by sending to different local wallets, but it could still coild be tracked down to the exchange.
More important question is where are you based, and why could start such "investigation" and read how open the exchange is to give up it's user data, and on what condition.
