What is the best method to ctb without the risk of brain damage if it fails?

I've always read SN. I don't know if that's actually true though.

This made me laugh. For some reason it reminded me of the story of a guy who attempted suicide because of his OCD. He shot himself in the head, survived, but the damage from the bullet ended up curing him of his OCD. So in the end, it still worked out.

i guess explosives are a good and safe choice.

with shotgun to the head there are even stories about people who did accidentally shoot others when trying to shoot themselves. stuff you can't think of before it happened.

SN probably the lowest but anything has that risk once your pulse stops or becomes faint. Low blood pressure eg. from blood loss, shock can also cause hypoxic brain damage.

SN seems to be the method of choice, but I'm drinking (alcohol) and eating (high fat diet) myself to death.
I'm having all ten symptoms of heart attack... cold sweats, swollen ankles, chest pains, nausea, anxiety, pain in arm/shoulder/jaw, shortness of breath, light-headedness,, extreme fatigue and high cholesterol... wish me luck.

I think uncomfortable more than painful. I can imagine it burns the hell out of your throat though.

Unfortunately if you fail to ctb by cutting your wrist you get brain damage.
