I have SN, antiemetic Metoclopramide, and paracetamol. But I don't have benzos. How important are the benzos?

Quite important in it not being an unpleasant experience terms. I'd try your very best to find some.

It makes sure you are deep in sleep when SN is in action, reducing your suffering as much as possible.

Coming off a week long 20 mg a day lorezepam binge rn. Won't be no deep sleep. Just anxiolysis which will help tremendously though. Try to get some OP

overdosed on lorazepam once. Took weeks and weeks to even get out of bed. Also…lorazepam makes you suicidal. Careful. Especially coming off cold turkey

I thought SN was relatively peaceful yet maybe uncomfortable experience? Is passing out from benzos absolutely essential? I'm assuming 4mg Xanax wouldn't knock someone out

There are quite a few testimonials on here from people who took SN without benzos. I was reading through them for quite a long time yesterday. A lot report some level of discomfort (stomach cramps seem common), but none reported any pain. Of course, the actual experience after they stop reporting symptoms is a mystery.
I don't have benzos either, so it's something I've looked into a lot. I would be worried about sleeping too quickly, vomiting too much in my sleep and being unable to 'replace' the SN I had thrown up. There was someone who had allegedly done just that.
It's something of a leap of faith I suppose. Personally I'm prepared for pain if it means getting this life done with, but of course hoping for only discomfort as reported in the goodbye threads I've read through.
