I got dropped by my new therapist because she said she didn't have the skills to help me. She recommended I go to a partial hospitalization program or to residential. The thing is I'm too broke to afford that kind of treatment. Who knows if it would even help me anyway?

Now I'm stuck in the loop of trying to find new providers, getting told they aren't accepting anyone new, all while dealing with prescriptions that just suck. Same place I was 10 months ago. I can't work or go to school so I'm just gonna rot.

I'm so tired.

One thing about getting set back is the opportunity to try something different. Sometimes a setback can force us to attempt something we hadn't considered before and might be a better solution. For example, if you have no money or insurance, you might call some church secretary and ask her if she knows of any retired person who might have an interest in talking with a stranger. The odds are that she would not want to connect anyone with a stranger, however, you might run into someone who could help. You might call various self help groups to see if they are open to you visiting. You might also consider calling a nurse at a hospital to see what resources they may know about.

I think it's just normal to go back to square one sometimes, or, to think you're back to square one
