Venting At work this week...

So this week I've been pulled aside twice at work by different directors asking me if I'm okay.
I've had the blues something chronic this last couple of weeks but I've been blue for so long that I thought I could fly under the radar like Maverick in Top Gun.
I just sort went: 'yeah I'm fine, just a bit tired'
It was sad in a way because the offer of help was sort of there and I didn't take it, probably because I've been burned by this process several times before.
Anyway, just venting, thanks for reading. I hope peace is with you.

Counselling, reduction in work load, leave, I think.
To be fair my employers are super nice and my work has very little impact on my mental disposition, I guess it would seem the opposite is true... Great...
