I was wondering if they were any otc medicines I could use to ovrdse on. I've tried 500mg acetaminophen but I think it just fucked with my liver. I have 800mg ibuprofen to. I just don't wanna fuck up and become a vegetable.

No, even prescribed ones are unreliable.

Medicines and poisons can kill but they are more because people pass out and drown or roll over and choke.
