I'm closer to 40 but am told I look mid twenties. I really don't try anymore. As a female, I was given the advice by my older patients moons ago... make sure you have a good facial skin care regimen in place early 30s and drink plenty of water.
I personally feel I look like I've been dragged through a swamp and I do feel at certain times of the month I look better, more of a natural glow.
I don't consider 25 and over old. I live by you are as young as you feel- I feel 60 odd but that's my physical complaints.
Drink plenty of water and take care of your skin. Many people age gracefully and actually look and feel healthy as they age.
My priorities have certainly changed from your age, you may find yours do too.
Also, I find at my age (perhaps this is due to my physical conditions) that weight doesn't fall off me easily. Crumbs at your age I could eat anything I wanted and not gain a single pound of weight. Now, looking at cake will add pounds to my hips

. NB- please do not start a cake thread, honestly.
I am happy with the way I look I guess because my priorities are different.
I hope this answers your question.
