Are barbiturates/benzodiazapines and drowning a good method?

I cant take Sn since the method requires antiemetics which lowers the seizure threshold .I have epilepsy.Anybody have any suggestions.Any good barbiturate or benzodiazepines?

Are they easy to get?You mean I can OD on barbiturates and that's it?
