Im asking this because Asian parents are known to basically be unaware of mental health issues, and esp south Asia and southeast Asia has a HUGE colorism problem (which sadly my mom believes in despite my mom knowing colorism is wrong but she belives in it anyway since "everyone else thinks that way")
