i tried to ctb before but didn't success
i'm wondering if anyone here from Egypt so he can help me out with any available thing like SN ??

Hey,

I'm sorry to hear that you need to go so soon.

In my experience it is very difficult to get SN in Egypt, because it is registered as an explosive substance so you'd need authorisation from the government to purchase it.
If you ask at a chemist they will either tell you they don't have it, or refuse selling it.
The only ways i can think of obtaining SN in Egypt is by ordering from overseas but i wouldn't recommend that because of customs, you might also be able to get it if you know someone at a university that can get it for you.
