Anyone else never have any good or even okay days? Compared to bad days?

I feel over most of the past decade, days where I feel somewhat okay are happening less and less. Good days seem to be a distant memory, I don't even remember the last i felt good or great.
These days its rare to even have an okay day. And by okay day I mean a day where I don' feel like shit and waning to die.

Most days is just filled with loneliness, pain, suffering and boredom. They outnumber the okay days which rarely come now.

How many bad days do you get for every okay or good day?

Good days, pretty much never
Okay days, honestly probably once every few weeks or months even

And the okay days aren't really good either.

Even if my life was filled with just okay days, id probably still want to ctb due to the boredom

It's always bad to exist no matter what, existing is nothing but meaningless suffering. I don't get how anyone could be okay with something so hellish and undesirable as existence, I'm certainly not, I find it to be an abomination to exist as a conscious being who is capable of suffering so extremely destined for nothing but to be tortured by old age. Existence itself is evil, really wish I never existed at all.

I think everyone understands it though, judging by the comments so far. I voted for option 9.

I have okay moments during some days, but not good days or okay days anymore.

It confuses me a bit. All my days are ok but on a very low level sometimes when sth triggers it there are times when I feel bad and want to kms but this happens rarely. It could be much worse here.

It's hard for me to tell because my baseline is so low that even feeling less depressed I might view as a good day. I have good moments in most days. And I also have moments of wishing I could drop dead right then in every day. Most of my time is spent simply existing. I microoverdose, starve myself, abuse laxatives, etc every day, which I suppose knocks down points on the "good day" scale. I think about death every day. But I don't spend the entirety of most days seething the whole 24 hours. If a good day is one where I am so happy to be here and everything felt like it lined up right, it's probably been quite some time. If a good day is one where I felt somewhat okay for most of it, then probably a couple a week.

not for me, but in the poll, you can count okay and good days as the same

I honestly don't think I ever had a bad day. All of them are "okay".

I use this scale: terrible, bad, okay, good, excellent.

My mood is more episodic so I'd get weeks where I'd feel okay or bad followed by weeks where I'd feel bad to terrible. I'd still get the odd good day and very rare excellent day. Since the antidepressants this has turned around. Most days are okay to good with the occasional excellent day. I still get bad weeks now and again, but very rarely terrible. Thing is I still get weeks where I can tell they would have been terrible. Or okay days that I can tell would have got way worse before.

My baseline is also out of whack. I used to think I just had depressive episodes and was fine between them. It was pointed out I still have a ton of depressive symptoms in those gaps. I still do even with the antidepressants. Crazy what can become normal to us with time. Sometimes I'd have these moments of clarity and realise how terrible things had got; How wretched I had become.

sometimes i have good days, but thats b/c im distracting myself from my growing workload + splurging on my money. so yea, i have a good time in the moment, but the consequences hit hard.
