I was planning to CTB somewhere around July/August, but my mental state is just getting worse and worse from day to day, so I'm now feel like I could do it even now. I was thinking about exit bag + helium, but it's require too much preparation, so I guess I will end up hanging myself.

does capsuled SN work? if so, why does anyone mix it w water? obviously avoiding the taste would be great.

From what i read, some did it with capsuled SN. I just don't want to deal with the saltiness.
If this doesn't work, then I'd probably try to get smashed by a truck or slit my carotid artery.
