any psych meds good for ODing on?

Hey, I have bipolar disorder and anxiety. Is there anything I can ask my psychiatrist to prescribe me for either of those things that would make a good OD method? I've heard xanax OD is a viable method, is that true?

Psych meds and antidepressants will probably do some liver damage and give you serotonin syndrome, which you DO NOT want, but that's about it.
