i love love psychological games a lot, it always feels like im there, in the story and with whats happening. i like how the narratives can be written and the gameplay, i love ones that also tell a story.

lately i cant find any i like and/or they will be poorly made or it feels so short that theres not much to get out from them. i use steam and roblox (ashamed to admit that). i cant find any i lkke on steam but i remember one speifically, i forgot about what thr character goes through but, ur basically spending ur last day alive, u eat ur pet shrimps, go on the pc and have a shitty convo, check the man in the cage and at the end, kill urself with a noose. but, the thing that caught peoples eyes was that the mc had a room FULL of one painting, in many colours, pointinf out speific details and such, it was somewhat big on youtube, i remember markiplier playing it. ive also played omori but quit it because i couldnt be bothered grabbing every achievement (i had already gotten one ending). imo, those two feel like hood psychological games but i wanna play more.

on roblox (💔) suprisingly, there is a few good psychological games on there, theres quite a few ive played. cant remember all but, majority ended in with suicide. i even played one thats about self harm and it was sorta interesting, it also has a few endings of it own esp one that dives into the reason the mc cuts themself.

aside from all that, is there any that u think are good or wanting to play?

After reading the title, I entered here to recommend Omori :ahhha:, but I see that you already liked it. Maybe you could give it a try to Buddy Simulator 1984 not so good but I had a good time

yes that's the one! you start like a sort of a chatgpt in an old 80's computer that start to make games for you, more complex every time. Behind the glitches a sad story is hidden. For sure is not as deep and playable as Omori.

It's not really a game where you make decisions. More like- you explore a house to read about the families (many) suspicious deaths but:

'What Remains of Edith Finch' stayed with me.

I have that one in my collection but never played it!
This reminds me another one: Dear Esther a beautiful but short walking simulator

And also The Cat Lady a point and click adventure

"Slay the princess" is a good psychological horror that introduces comic horror and also reads the player like an open book.
Pretty sure you might have played or heard of these ones but I'd also recommend "Mouthwashing", "No, I'm not human", "Milk inside a bag of milk inside a bag of milk" and "Devotion".
Also there is this one short game I saw a few years ago called "SHUT IN".
Rn I can't think of much at the top of my head, plus some games I had in mind have already been mentioned.

slay the princess seems interesting same for Devotion, but im not sure on how to get devotion because of its mass ban except from red candle. i'll think about those 2 since they seem pretty good!

i have seen video gameplays of mouthwashing, no im not a human and shut in so i cant rlly play them since i know basically everything from those videos. i have heard of the milk bag one and checked out the page as well but never saw any gameplay videos, so luckily i know nothing about it.

omg, i remember watching gameplay of that game, its so interesting and cool! i love how the story is told esp the visuals, i love the ending too! i also really enjoy how itll make u switch into different characters as well and be in the situation of a lead up to a cause of death.

I liked OMORI.
Try the children of clay, it's a very short horror but cool point and click game. (it is somewhat psychological) and it's like 15 minutes

"Layers of Fear" 🙏🙏 you basically play as a mad painter and discover his life story along the way, it's a psychological horror and honestly is awesome
