I tried to leave using an exit bag. I based my attempt on the book Final Exit. I bought two 7-liter helium cylinders used for party balloons. I connected them with a tube and inserted them into a plastic bag on my head. The bag was tied with a rubber band around my neck, and I additionally sealed it with duct tape, but left some space for exhaled air. Just enough to fit a finger. I tried to do everything in the car. I fastened my seatbelt and reclined the seat. I opened the first cylinder and inhaled the gas for about 7 minutes. After that time, I started to suffocate and eventually tore the bag. I had a second, slightly larger one bag. I put it over my head and tried again. After more than 15 minutes, the air in both cylinders began to run out. I didn't lose my consciousness. I only felt weak and my lips were numb. I don't know if it was caused by the gas or the fact that I hadn't eaten anything since morning. Afterwards, I was able to drive home. What went wrong? Was the time too short, could the balloon gas contain oxygen, or was the exit bag poorly made?

I'm sorry you had to go through this. Helium companies began to dilute their cylinders with oxygen, up to like 20% O2. While helium, nitrogen, and argon are all reliable for ctb, they need to be much closer to pure, at least 99% (preferably more than that). Please read a current Peaceful Pill Handbook, and consult the exit bag megathread for more info: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/exit-bag-and-inert-gas-megathread.8393/

I'm also new here, and am mainly echoing what I've heard. I'm preparing this method for myself with nitrogen soon, but I would still recommend look at these resources and any resources others might refer you to.
