I am terrified of taking even a test dose of Meto due to EPS risk. The videos have me scared shitless.

Domperidone is not referenced at all in below doc which has an overview of current global practices

Does anyone know of any ctb success with this combo?

I thought N was the silver bullet but now I am increasingly concerned about the damage that could be done in an attempt to keep it down AND the damage that could be done if one fails...So confused.

I'm planning to take domperidone. I don't want to risk not being able to swallow N and then ending up with the EPS associated with meto. I don't know how effective it will be though.

Domperidone is close, from what I've read, though it has a risk of prolonging the heart's QT interval.

I think since Domperidone is weaker, an ahead regimen may make more sense. And supplement with Ondansetron for the before ingestion (final) dose. Just not sure about its efficacy. The lack of data is disconcerting...

The chances of acute dystonic reaction is 1 in 500 for those taking 30 to 40 mg daily;
ordinarily these symptoms are readily reversed by diphenhydramine. TD is more rare.

No need to be terrified. Meto is used worldwide in thousands of AID deaths every year. Its wide use has to be based on the balance of risk vs. effectiveness.

To your question, according to their testimonies, @Jackblade and @Crest33 succeeded using domperidone with SN but @Berlin76 failed using it with N.

Domperidone is choice number two in both the PPeH and a Guide to a self chosen...It's the same.
P.N has said many times that antiemetics are just a precaution but not really required, it's mostly just to reassure people.

PN was right. Thanks for that, Strange. Those I knew who took Dom/Motilium had no problems. One only took Dramamine and was fine.
