Thursday I woke up feeling super anxious , desperate I wanted to run from home, scream so mucho I didn't want to be alone mom left job soon and took me to hpital they injected me diazepam and stuff for stomachache but I felt same way yesterday and today but today just a bit I'm so tired of feeling like that sometimes I feel I need to stab myself cause I can't stand no more I ask god to take me I can't have a normal life or at least be in peace , from yesterday I am in exams week it's so frustrating not being able to go not being able of doing homework, this fucking mind is eating me alive

That feeling of wanting to hurt yourself? Sometimes that's rage turned inward. It's like your body doesn't know where to send all that pain, so it sends it back at you. But it doesn't have to stay that way.

You might not feel like you have options right now, but your brain's just stuck in an old loop. Try something new—even if it feels silly at first. Stomp on empty boxes. Rip paper. Smash a cheap plate in a safe space and clean it up right after. Hit a pillow. Throw ice in the shower and let it shatter. Let the emotion move through you without turning it on you.

You've already survived so much. Please stay. You're not alone in this. Also, may I say what a beautiful name you chose 🌷🥰💖✨
