Due to mental health fuckers i have to take 300 mg seroquel everyday. Is it too risky to take 30mg meto stat dose while taking 300mg seroquel before taking sn?

There's a slight risk of serotonin syndrome, but other than that there's no issue. If it's for SN, you'll be dead faster than serotonin syndrome takes to develop
