anti-emetic diet

Can I change the diet of 2-3 days of anti-emetic with metoclopramide with a higher single dose? how much?
I'm 72kg. It's for amytriptiline cocktail.

I am not entirely sure, tbh.

Wiki says

• ingest 6X10 of antiemetic 40 min before before
• Amitriptyline 7-9 grams (in capsules or dissolved solution)
• Cimetidine 800-1000mg
• Valium (Diazepam) 300mg
• Dormicum (Midazolam)

This would be one single dose. However, quite a few posts on here have led me to the conclusion that this might not be such a good idea - mainly due to severe side effects. Ideas anyone?
