I am a type 2 diabetic and take metformin to keep my glucose levels normal.
Under varying levels of stress,i either comfort eat rubbish or when extremely stressed, dont bother to eat at all.
I am presently in the anorexic phase and would ask any medicially minded person their advice.
Given that my glucose levels are too high anyway, what would be the signs of servere illness given my current state
Eating is now a chore and i have no appetite.
I lost 4lbs last week , i really am tired of this life.x

I would imagine you are peeing loads. Partly to void excess glucose and partly as you will be consuming your body's glycogen load as you lose weight, which generates excess water.
