ah, i understand the binging after something like adderall. i used to be a huge drug addict and now i just coke on occasion. when you hungry you hungry, it is what it is lol. obviously i don't know your dosage but you can try snacking throughout the day, considering you also work out. your body needs a lot more nutrients to keep fit. dont get into the habit of binging and purging, my body is so used to it that when i eat normally i throw up in my mouth a lot. body image is hard to accept but you can't change nature and honestly so what if you have wide shoulders and thick legs, you're fit! that's a good thing! when i was in shape i had wider shoulders too. i gained weight when i was in jail for a month in may. i cant change i have a more round face than what i used to prefer and my stomach sticks out a little bit because organs and shit lol. it's a journey for everyone, and idk how deep you are in disordered eating but i believe you can get out of this fucked up cycle.
