Can I get addicted with Diazepam after a suicide attempt (500 mg)? In case I get addicted after the first suicide attempt (with Diazepam), would I need to use more mg in the next attempt? Maybe 1 g will do the trick?

Thank you for your help!

No. A one off big dose is not going to do that. No more than a non drinker being an alcoholic after just one night of alcohol.
If you fail and try again, the same dose will do.

With amitriptyline it can take over 24 hours and you need a large amount, you wont get addicted but i imagine you will go through the worst hell if you survive the massive doses of those drugs

Dont overdose any drugs or medecine the sequels can be irreversible and extremely unpleasant. Use SN or N which are very reliable and peacefull way to end an human life.

It's my opinion, if you want to go ahead with this method you can. But it's risky
