Method Alternatives to Vsed

I'm not entirely sold on CTB. I like the idea of VSED because it's a non method. It takes so much will power. I want to be tested by my method. How much do I want to CTB? I feel like with VSED I can undo it quickly if I back out. However I've been to the hospital 2 times this year and it's miserable. I want to be with my family and loving cats for Christmas not hospitalized. Instead of VSED what should I do? If I'm this compelled to live, should I continue my life? I don't want to suffer.

are you old and frail? if not, dont even think about VSED, you need the determination of a spiritually enlightened monk to be able to do that shit

Well the only alternative what i can think of is just to stop eating but still drinking... but it will take much much longer...

Yes, vsed is voluntery stop eating and drinking...but if you want en alternative, you can just stop with eating other alternatives i do not know ...but good luck
