i SH pretty regularly, (i/'m a stats persons so i have an app to track it and the only days i haven't this year are the 8th and the 11th) but recently i keep getting a really overwhelming urge for an impulsive CTB. i don't plan on acting on it, right now i'm not actively planning to CTB - especially cutting - but it keeps coming up every time i do
