I want to die by this method as my next choice.
I am already a self harmer and cope with pain As well as being familiar with my anatomy.
I was thinking of taking aspirin and alcohol followed by 16 gauge needles over my body and multiple cuts to the neck, groin and wrists to bleed out. I understand that we have roughly 10 pints of blood - 5600mls. And 40% is about 2000mls for Stage IV Hemorrhage to cause loss of consciousness and eventually slip into a coma then death without immediate medical treatment.
