About a method

[I'm a clown]

I've seen here that c#tting as a method of ctb'ing is frowned upon and for good reasons. From what I've read it seems innefective as other methods promoted here...Although, I want to ask. Is it completely worthless? Are there no ways to ensure it's lethality?
