Attention!! People of the SanctionedSuicide jury.
I am embarking on a new experiment tonight.

I have duck-taped my mouth SHUT!

Why? Well, this FORCES me to breath through my nose!!

This leads to good restful naps :zzz:
Though... I'm pretty sure I already breath through my nose when I sleep because I sometimes GRIND ;-; my teeth (ouch!) at night. Don't worry my teeth are okay (I really care about them...)

Okay anyway it's like 1 am right now. I should've gone to bed earlier but I made ramen and my stomach hurts :eh: I could die in my sleep. Usually I don't wanna die not until Hunter x Hunter concludes but I don't really care anymore I feel bad recently.... and I don't wanna clean my room  would rather die :P jk kinda

Anyway I see u all when I wake up!! I will report my results!!

Good sleep = good brain = happy brain. It's that simple!???!!

Sure, just don't throw up in your sleep and choke on it.

Yeah I wouldn't recommend this, the discomfort of not being able to move/open your mouth would be something that would keep me wide awake at night, especially if you want to yawn or anything.

Mouth-breathing isn't a huge problem, as far as I'm aware. I guess as long as you're breathing whilst asleep full-stop that's a good thing?

If you're struggling to feel well-rested after sleeping, I'm sure there's some tips online on how to sleep better (turning off phones/laptops earlier before sleep, lavender oil, various bedtime routines etc) :)
