Help a quick question about the SN blood test

i did the blood test but i didn't have enough blood ( just 2 or 3 drops ) so the SN didn't dissolve at all and no brown color

my question is ( is the problem here that SN didn't dissolve in blood ?? ) it dissolves easily in water !
