Help A new take on alcohol and sodium nitrite?

I'm intending to use sodium nitrite with metoclopramide and a little Jello or yogurt. I know the protocol says you're not supposed to drink alcohol, despite the fact that you may be scared.

But it's my understanding that singers are able to avoid harming their vocal cords and prevent vomiting if they—I believe the technical term is take it in the ass—which is something I did successfully with drugs in the olden days. Would this allow me to avoid the dangers of drinking alcohol while dying? I'm scared.

I'm not sure because alcohol may still increase nausea going in that way you can always try it without SN and see how you feel.

I appreciate you making this thread as i as an honest alcoholic, have had the same thought when it comes to using SN as a method & being "loosened" (absolutely no pun intended btw)

Nonetheless drinking or boofing the liquor both will make you feel sickly sooner or later - as the other reply mentions. though i'd rather my death in the papers not be from boofing liquor, then again Ozzy Osbourne would indefinitely smile upon one who does.

There's a bunch of predators on the US Supreme Court. One of the more recently added men was a boofer in college. I'd never heard the term before.

I, too, am an alcoholic. I came to 12-step meetings (to quit drugs, then alcohol, then drugs again). It means that despite the science, my gut still strongly believes that I'll always be an alcoholic, despite none for years. That, in turn, means I'm scared of surviving an attempt that includes alcohol. I've been told thousands of times that if I ever cross paths with alcohol again, I will start using it as much and as obsessively as I did before.

I love the idea that A2A alone (alcohol-to-ass by itself) might be deadly even without sodium nitrite.

The good news about dying before one's time in 2026 is that there are no papers and the online obituaries tend to be extremely secretive about non-disease-based deaths.

A body wants to vomit SN so avoiding drinking alcohol, which also makes you want to vomit, makes SN more likely to be effective.

It's the body's billions of years old plan to excrete content that kills it. All of your ancestors were well equipped with it. All of them. It body's instinct to remove dangerous content is so strongly activated by sodium nitrite that only certain prescription-strength anti-vomiting medications can be relied upon—metoclopramide, which has dozens of trade names, is the usual one these days—to ensure your body doesn't expel the sodium nitrite.

Adding anything else to the mix, like more than a a yogurt or jello or a cup of water is strongly recommended against because absorption becomes less certain. So drinking alcohol is intended to be out of the question.
