So I have been collecting all the things necessary for CTB using SN and rn I have a few questions.
For the benzos is clonazepam suitable because I could get them and if not what are other OTC medicines are suitable
And how does beta blockers actually help,I have metoprolol but I didn't exactly understand how it works here.

Any benzo is fine.
You want something to reduce stomach acid which is otc. Be careful if its just an antiacide or h2 blocker or ppi. Either have different times till they take action.
Beta blocker just reduces heart rate hence some of the anxiety
Most importantly you need to have your antiemetics and your SN everything else is icing on the cake
