I always fecking hated that question in interviews, up there with "where do you see yourself in 5 years time?"
I gave one interview as a boss, and I ended up asking the lad about his favourite music, did he ever wonder if he'd drank milk from the same cow twice, and what drugs did he take on a night out. Gave him the job too as he answered honestly to every mad thing I fired at him. Could see the befuzzlement in his eyes though.
