With hollow points p+, enough? The p+ from what I understand gives ammomore power?
TIA

It's .38 caliber correct? If so I would say yes but you'd want fairly precise aiming towards the brain stem hollow point or not. I've seen enough videos where people survive by missing the brain stem and that is NOT the fate I'd even want for my worst enemy.

Yes 38 S&W Special Caliber. It's used, maybe 10-20 years old. From the funeral directors thread he says he sees more from side of head than in mouth. The bullet would be this

I'm concerned at close range of it going straight through. Can that happen?

That would very likely get the job done, the hollow point would help negate any user error and using a handgun in general makes it easier to aim.

It going straight through is fine, if it is through the right place. What kills you is the force of the bullet damaging important parts of the body, not the bullet remaining in you after it is shot.

Either that or in the mouth aimed towards the brain stem (not the brain as a large).
Would in mouth or side of head be better to hit brain stem?

Ok thanks. I don't know anything about guns so any info really helps.
