Just interested on people's thoughts on this, I am mixed, I hate the national suicide prevention day thing, find it pointless.

On my social media are those stating they have had a bad day, so are over sharing meme's around mental health. Those I know whom are truely suffering, have shared little to nothing,

So I ask this:

Do you think day's like this truly bring awareness, or are they day's too allow many people, to jump on a band wagon trend?

I'm sure some people are able to benefit from more mental health awareness but for the most part, it allows for a lot of virtue signalling. Lots of people don't actually care.
