a few people have helped me out, and many of them I would talk this out with. but they disappeared off this site...
maybe i got too drunk currently, so it skipped relaxation and went back to fear (as alcohol does) so if i let some of it run out i'd be okay, but idk how much.
but someone to talk to with would, i think, temporarily cure the stuff caused by TOO MUCH alcohol. i definitely know its causing me to act not like myself.
but if this is the way, hopefully i can speak with someone who can become that person who spoke with me.
