It wouldn't make sense -- why would someone risk a murder charge for however much you could pay them? And also, why would you trust someone who agreed to kill you that they wouldn't do something even worse than killing you as part of the deal?

I heard Through the Grapevine that you can hire One through the dark web. This was around 2015 though and they only accepted Bitcoin. I doubt that exists Now with plenty of cyber security but I could also be wrong here.
