Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Winter depression, formally known as Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), is a type of depression linked to seasonal changes, typically starting in fall/winter and improving in spring/summer, characterized by low mood, low energy, cravings for carbs, oversleeping, and social withdrawal, primarily caused by reduced sunlight affecting brain chemicals like melatonin and serotonin, but manageable with light therapy, therapy (CBT), lifestyle.

I didn't know this was a thing but maybe it's something I have.
I've noticed my depression gets worse during cold months.
I relate to every syntome pretty much. Anyone else?
