An analysis I read through states "application of the method for an adult falling onto a hard surface predicts a 50% fatality likelihood at 15 meters" which seems like way too low of a likelihood to be worth it as far as I'm concerned.

It's way too risky. Yes, there's no suicidal method that is 100% going to work. Shit happens. But jumping requires a minimum height to be somewhat successful and 15 meters isn't enough. And if you survive such an attempt, you won't be able to try again. Worst case scenario, you might even land on an innocent person who's just walking by. In my country a man attempted to fall to his death by jumping from the 4th floor. He landed on an elderly woman instead. She died, he survived. And he's now being investigated for involuntary manslaughter. I get that when you feel desperate, you go for what's available to you. But I think it's best to wait a little longer and think things through. Do not rush a CTB attempt that might make your life worse if unsuccessful.

I livev in a 4th story but i can go to the rooftop and it would be a 6. But Im not confident enough if its not a 8-10 at least.
