Why is it that just about every time I attempt this method I fail with no signs of success. Are there factors that I need to consider to get it right

it is scary, i attempted it. i heard my ears ring and felt pressure in my head, tingling in my lips and numbness. far too easy to stop out of fear. at least for me it was like that, i never passed out either. perhaps you and i couldnt restrict the veins necessary
