I feel that it takes me 4x the amount of energy to do the things other people do. I'm overwhelmed and sometimes I can't brush my teeth because it is so overwhelming. I have ADHD and take meds, but it helps slightly. I can't take it

Yep I feel that. I feel like I am less evolved human if that makes sense

i feel exactly like this, cant manage to do anything without draining all my energy. im not cut out for this.

I'm not even 30 yet and I've had arthritis for 14 years. Coupled with mental illness I don't have the energy I need to survive, much less thrive. I'm way past the final straw. My back is broken but more just keeps piling on.
