I agree it can be distressing, but if done properly death can be achieved with minimal distress and suffering. Yesterday I found a video of a Chinese young woman who died by SN, and she lost consciousness in around 11-12 minutes after ingesting it. I wonder if she followed protocol. This is the first time I've seen this video. I wonder if she was a member of this forum at some point.

Yes it depends. If the SN is pure, you've taken antiemetics so that most of the SN can stay inside your system and take a good amount of benzos before the meto, then it can be not so awful experience. If the SN is not pure, you don't use any meto and puke most of the SN then the outcome will be either a failed attempt or prolonged suffering before death.
Is benzo necessary..? I'm asking cause meto seems pretty easy to obtain but I'm not so sure about how easy it is to obtain benzo
It's not necessary. I included it in my protocol with the sole purpose of it to calm me down, and lessen my survival instinct when the time comes. My benzo will be Xanax.
Yes, it's quite important. I wouldn't take my SN without any meto. Meto is easy to acquire. I acquired it by lying to my doctor that I had a nauseating migraines.
Sadly this. I wish I wasn't such a bitch that this method would be an option for me but I'm not trying to feel any pain or discomfort. I just want to slowly pass out and never wake up - which could be done with Barbiturates or some stupid strong synthetic opiate. But those are not as accessible as SN.

It's what vets uses to euthanize animals. Unfortunately we cannot get it. I've been scammed (a lot of money lost) so don't try to buy it (even on darknet). It was still findable some years ago but now it's almost impossible. You'll need to to go Mexico or Peru and bribe a vet, and it's not 100% sure you can get a source.
