people who know where to go to get markets and vendors outside of just what tor.taxi provides. Vendors that do wholesale and work with chemists.

That's organized crime territory. You'll need a lot of money, or some rare skillset or opportunities, for those people to be interested.
Given that you don't seem to have the connections to work yourself up, or the experience to build a distribution network from scratch, I think your best bet is to boldly contact an established organization: "I got $100.000 worth of goods, and want to do business."

This is almost certainly a bad idea, and given your line of questioning I don't think you fully understand the dangers. I don't think it'll be possible to do this fully online, without starting as a small-scale vendor.
