I looked online and apparently it helps keep in body heat and it also is a way to show they are relaxed since they are putting their paws (claws) away.

Yes, I have a cat and my cat sits like this. Cats are so much better than humans. They are one of the only positive things about life.

It seems like they sit like this when they are tired but not quite ready to sleep. It's an intermediate pose.

Cat loaves and toe beans are amazing. I also think it's cute how fascinated cats seem to be by gravity, most often evidenced by them knocking things over just to watch them fall.

Cats are god's gift to the world and they know it.

I just love animals in general.
